Let's Talk

Leading South Carolina to a better built environment

A word from our president...
First, let me take this opportunity to thank everyone for the confidence you have shown in electing me president of this outstanding organization. When you look at the list of past presidents, it is truly an honor to be able to serve you.

Our greatest assets are our members. With your support and involvement, we will continue to be one of the best associations in the country. I thank you in advance for your willingness, time, and commitment to serve BOASC. Also, thank you to all who remain at “home” in the office to cover for us.

Last year, our past president, Darbis Briggman, encouraged us to monitor our legislators as they present new laws to regulate us and the building industry. We need to become more involved with this process and let our voices be heard. I look forward to continuing the process Darbis has begun.

To be kept informed of any pending issues please send me an e-mail with your contact information.Thank you for visiting our website. I hope it is informative, and if you have any problems or information to add, please send me an e-mail.

Thank you;

Ward Braswell, MCP

Please note:  ICC Region 8 will soon be posting all their information on our website.  The page for Region 8 will be up and running soon.  We are just waiting for all the information to be sent to BOASC web designer.  Thanks!
